What You’ll Do Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery. Learn how to manufacture a wide variety of innovative fiber cement products. Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical information to designated leads. Assist with machine cleaning, wash‑ups, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts. Perform product adherence checks to maintain quality standards. What You’ll Need Ideally a minimum of 1 year’s experience in manufacturing or operating large machinery. Demonstrated success in a manufacturing or business support environment. Understanding of safety policies to support a Zero Harm culture. A solid work history of learning, growth, and achievements. Ability to stand, walk, or sit continuously. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to bend, climb ladders, and use stairs.
