Key Responsibilities * Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Warmly greet clients, actively listen to vehicle concerns, and serve as the trusted liaison between customers and service technicians. * Consultative Selling: Clearly present multi-point inspection findings, diagnostic results, and required maintenance without high-pressure sales tactics. * Proactive Communication: Keep customers consistently informed throughout the repair process, managing expectations from drop-off through active vehicle delivery. * Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong, loyal clients. Qualifications * Required: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. * Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, active listening, and customer service skills. * Drive & Mindset: High energy, professional work ethic, and a collaborative team attitude. * Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
