Preschool Soccer Coach

Location: Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, FL Times: Weekday Mornings | Part-Time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Do you love working with toddlers and preschoolers? Can you turn a soccer cone into a rocket ship and a warm-up into a dance party? We're hiring energetic, patient, and reliable coaches to lead fun, structured soccer classes inside local daycares and preschools. This is NOT a competitive coaching role. This is a high-energy, character-building, confidence-growing role for young children ages 2-5. What You’ll Be Doing Leading 30-45 minute soccer classes at daycares Teaching basic coordination, listening skills, and teamwork Keeping 2-5 year olds engaged (yes… even the distracted ones) Being silly, animated, and encouraging Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment Communicating professionally with daycare staff You're a Great Fit If You: Genuinely love being around young children Have preschool, nanny, camp, daycare, or teaching experience Are patient and calm under pressure Can manage a group of energetic toddlers Show up early and prepared Have reliable transportation Are available weekday mornings Bonus if you: Played soccer growing up Have early childhood education background Have coaching or classroom experience This Is NOT For You If: You prefer working with older, competitive athletes You don't enjoy high-energy environments You struggle with patience You're not comfortable leading a group independently What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training + curriculum provided Flexible part-time schedule Growth opportunities within our program A positive, supportive team Earn extra cash through our coach referral program - get $100 for each coach you recommend who stays for at least 60 days Most importantly: You'll get paid to make kids smile and build confidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
