Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Summary:
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our client's distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include operating material handling equipment to move, stack, relocate, and count merchandise safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely unload inbound shipments and transport products to designated storage locations.
• Utilize forklifts, clamps, push-pulls, and other powered equipment to stack and store merchandise effectively.
• Prepare and pull products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in the number and type of items being loaded.
• Adhere to customer service standards by performing picking duties with efficiency and precision.
• Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers for distribution.
• Operate all equipment following prescribed safety protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure proper inventory control and security.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and organization within the warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a forklift operator or in a related role is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus (if not certified, candidates must be willing to undergo certification training).
