Anticipated End Date: 2026-07-23 Position Title: Product Manager Senior- Carelon Rx Job Description: Product Manager Senior Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Product Manager Senior will be responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets. How you will make an impact: Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products. Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses. Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development. Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies. Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients. Partners cross-functionally to develop GTM materials (FAQs, talking points, product blurbs, etc.) to enable Sales and Account teams, delivering on timelines and meeting/exceeding expectations. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: MBA preferred. Health or managed care experience preferred. Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred. Program Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience strongly preferred. Experience developing financial models, requirements, roadmaps, and concept materials is strongly preferred. For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $109,112.00 to $ 163,668.00.
