Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Differential Pay Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life, and other voluntary Insurance Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Other duties as assigned Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing Valid RN license for the state of Missouri is required Valid CPR certification Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
