Won't you join us?Job Overview: We are currently looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist our Sr. Director of Compliance with administrative duties to support retail testing/inspection/audit support. Retail customers have explicit requirements for product validation/verification – this position will assist in supporting these requirements.Key Responsibilities:Update supporting documentation required by retail customers to test and validate products.Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual calendars for testing/audit needs for retail programsAssist with scheduling testing/audits between 3rd party, lab and plantsThis includes working directly with 3rd party to ensure timing of testing/inspection/auditsCoordinate testing timelines for initial launch and annual testing for retail customersPost calendars on Shared site for visibility to all StakeholdersCoordinate with cover suppliers to ensure all necessary 3rd party testing is updated annually for all productsAdministration of cross functional partnership with plants and lab to schedule regulatory tests with lab and plants, issue lab paperwork for regulatory tests needed to ensure all records are maintained in shared databaseMaintain records of internal audits regarding traceability of all regulatory dataPublish monthly updates on testing/audits for each plant – pre and post the activitySkills / Qualifications:College degree or equivalent experience will be considered HS Graduate or GED required Verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel skillsClick-Up experience is plus Extremely OrganizedProject and Time ManagementTotal Rewards: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceBasic and optional life insuranceShort‑ and long‑term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchTuition assistanceFlexible spending accountsOur Commitment to a Diverse Workforce: FXI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
