• Monday - Friday outpatient schedule with very light shared phone call
• Weekday call: 5 pm - 8 pm; Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm; Sunday: 8 am - 1 pm
• Dedicated 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio plus embedded behavioral health support
• Physician mentorship program and access to leadership development institute
• Academic affiliation with teaching and leadership development opportunities
• Multi-disciplinary team including care managers, social workers, and behavioral health
• Patient panel of 18 - 22 patients; telemedicine and patient self-scheduling available
• Board-certified Internal Medicine required; DEA required
