Job Details Job Location: 040060 - Oakland - Oakland, MD 21550 Position Type: Team Member Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly Customer Interaction Present a neat, clean appearance in company uniform Greet each customer with a smile and a word of welcome or departure Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers Serve customers according to all company procedures and standards Cooperation with Peers Work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co‑workers Help new employees through training and orientation Demonstrate patience and understanding when training others Keep other employees informed about what they are doing Attendance Understand posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks Provide appropriate notice when unable to be at work Provide written notice for being late or absent as required Understand and use approved time‑keeping system Cooperation with Management Be open and receptive to requests, demonstrate flexibility and dependability Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with management Adjust positively to requests for change from managers Accept procedural changes positively and without loss of effectiveness Alert management to station needs Anticipate problems and bring them to management’s attention Follow through with all commitments made Initiative and Energy Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required, maintain a high activity level Help others when needed without being asked Demonstrate a sense of urgency on the job, especially when it relates to pleasing the customer Be effective working on more than one task at a time Finish tasks completely once begun Suggest ideas for solving problems, improving procedures, etc. Benefits 30‑hour week are entitled to enroll in medical, dental and 401k benefits. 32‑hour week are entitled to PTO.
