Job Description Job Description Our organization, recognized as a leading provider of senior living communities, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed locations. The RNs in our team play a crucial role in addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents, while embracing our commitment to a “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential A typical day may involve: Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing them to engage in the daily life of the community Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments Developing and implementing care plans as necessary, while effectively overseeing resident care Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members To thrive in this position, you should possess: A valid RN license Current CPR certification Preferred experience in nursing within senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings What we offer you: As one of the largest nonprofit operators of senior living communities nationwide, we provide more than just a job.
