Responsibilities: * Room patients * Medical history and medication reconciliation * Chart prep * Triage patient calls and follow through with clinical patient requests * Allergy testing * Inventory and ordering of back office supplies * Authorizations for RX * Assist chairside for in office surgery Qualifications: * Registered or Certified Medical Assistant * 3 years experience in healthcare preferred * Private practice experience preferred * Exeperience with EHR a must ECW EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS * Familiar with OSHA compliance * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits: * Health, Dental and Vision Insurance options * Simple IRA eligibility on day one of employment * PTO that accumulates on day one of employment * Both Christmas and Christmas Eve off along with five other paid holidays * Freedom from micromanaging * Opinions and ideas are welcomed * Approachable leadership * Safe environment free of gossip and bullying Salary: * Commensurate with experience Company Description We are an Ear Nose and Throat medical practice that loves to have fun and build relationships while doing what we do best.....caring for our community.
