Holland Management/Country Club Retirement Centers is seeking a Clinical Director of Operations for its eight Ohio Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living care facilities. Our facilities are located in Belmont, Ashtabula, Tuscarawas, Knox, Marysville, Ashland, Trumbull, and Delaware counties. The candidate must hold a current RN state license, have a successful history of survey and regulatory compliance experience, management skills and Point-Click-Care experience and demonstrate leadership ability. Salary based on experience. Candidate must be willing to travel to multiple locations within Ohio.
