Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse West Location. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy ER setting. The role requires a team-oriented approach to deliver patient care efficiently and effectively during night shifts.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  The ER Nurse will be responsible for delivering emergency care to a diverse patient population, working in a 28-bed emergency department equipped with ventilators and Baxter intravenous pumps. This role involves responding quickly to emergency situations, performing procedures such as intubation and central line placement, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Required Qualifications:
  Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC); valid licensure; experience with electronic medical records system Meditech Expanse; no minimum experience required; location in the designated area; available for night shifts.
• Schedule:
  Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting 11/02/2026 and ending 12/14/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Experience with trauma procedures, including intubation and central line insertion.
• Additional Information:
  The unit staff comprises registered nurses, a charge nurse, triage team, medic, and ultrasound technician. The team maintains a patient ratio of 1:4. Dress code is royal blue scrubs. No RTO or special scheduling is permitted for this role.
