Housekeeper Position Details The primary purpose of this position is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive manner in accordance with established procedures and instructions from the supervisor, ensuring the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. The role also performs duties for residents and collaborates with team members in a courteous and professional manner, prioritizing resident safety and satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements One year of related experience in a similar environment; on-the-job training preferred. Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Demonstrated ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
