Taurean is hiring a SCIF Management Specialist to support the client's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) program on-site in Doral, Florida. This role is responsible for the accreditation, documentation, testing, and day-to-day management of SCIFs, TSCIFs, and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWAs) at the Command. This position works entirely within the client facility compound — no OCONUS responsibilities apply . It is a dedicated, independently funded position and requires close coordination with the Physical Security team. Key Responsibilities Assist with the full scope of SCIF Management functions including maintaining SCIF, TSCIF, and TSWA files, local databases, Co-Utilization Agreements, and accreditation reports Complete pre-construction and fixed facility checklists for new or modified secure spaces Prepare formal correspondence in RMT/AMHS in support of SCIF accreditation and management activities Update and maintain information in the System for Anti-terrorism and Security Operations (SASO) Conduct semi-annual testing of ESS devices for all secure spaces and SCIFs including Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Balance Magnetic Switches (BMS), and Motion Detectors Establish and retain written records of all ESS device tests; provide written results and device status to COR/KO within 5 working days of semi-annual completion Coordinate with the Physical Security team on alarm testing schedules, ESS device status, and accreditation requirements This position is limited to the client facility compound in Doral, FL. No OCONUS travel, no Lenel certification, and no locksmith certification are required for this role. Required Qualifications Currently active, adjudicated Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility — required at time of application. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered. Background investigation must be a Tier 5 completed within the past five (5) years; NATO access required. Interim Top Secret clearances acceptable. U.S. Citizenship required — no exceptions. Must pass E-Verify employment eligibility screening prior to performance. No clearance sponsorship available. Clearance will be verified prior to offer.
