Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility and commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective strategies and support plans
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources for teachers and caregivers as needed
