Associate Veterinarian (5+ Years Experience) Internal Medicine–Focused GP | Highly Proficient in Ultrasound $200,000–$300,000 Total Compensation Potential | 4-Day Work Week | 3 Weeks PTO | 401(k) with Company Match Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian (5+ years) with strong diagnostic skills and high proficiency in ultrasound to join our established, high-volume hospital. This is a medical-forward GP role within a walk-in practice environment. Our hospital already has strong surgical depth, and we are specifically looking for a veterinarian who enjoys internal medicine workups, abdominal ultrasound, and preventative medicine, and who values practicing thorough, high-level medicine in a well-supported setting. Highland operates as a busy walk-in practice, offering a dynamic caseload and the opportunity to see a wide variety of medical cases. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys problem-solving, diagnostics, and practicing high-quality medicine in a fast-paced environment. Our state-of-the-art 9,000 sq. ft. facility unveiled opened in May 2019. It is fully equipped with specialized rooms for cats, large dogs, ICU, surgery recovery, with separate shelter quarantine, respiratory quarantine, and parvo quarantine rooms. We operate with a high support staff ratio and structured systems designed to allow doctors to focus on medicine rather than logistics.
