Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state
• At least one year of Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months, with acute critical experience in the last 12 months or equivalent experience in emergency medical services
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Ability to complete additional certifications (e.g., MICN) within one year of hire
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the MedSurg and ICU departments
• Assist with patient assessments and develop nursing care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Educate patients and family members on health care needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
