Floating Leasing Consultant

Join Bell Partners as a Floating Leasing Consultant, the primary marketing contact for prospective residents and the resident service point across multiple properties in a designated market or region. Responsibilities Effectively lease apartments and sell property products and services in accordance with budget guidelines. Follow Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents. Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends. Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and its main competitors, and conduct outside marketing activities. Coordinate the application review for each lease, including credit and income verifications. Complete lease packets and files for each resident, including the lease, all addendums, and other required documentation as indicated on the checklist. Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move‑in, including a final inspection and walk‑through with the resident. Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease. Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Qualifications BA/BS in business, sales, or a related field, or relevant experience, or a combination thereof. 1+ year of experience in multi‑family leasing or 1+ year of experience in B2B selling. Strong marketing and creativity skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to use a computer. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other similar property‑management programs. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions. Physical requirements: walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.; ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment; ability to handle hazardous materials; comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects.
