IT Consultant - Greensboro

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in place of the degree
• At least 10 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a closely related area

• We serve as the lead technical authority across project teams, establish technical direction, and oversee our IT systems
• We drive multiple workstreams by identifying customer and operational needs, shaping procedures and policies, securing cross-functional support, translating strategy into business requirements, allocating resources, setting standards, tracking progress, removing blockers, and resolving complex issues
• We promote self-leadership and continuous learning by giving and receiving feedback, building collaborative relationships, communicating guidance, mentoring team members, and adapting to changing demands
• We lead IT consultants in defining requirements for process and system solutions across multiple business domains in partnership with stakeholders and IT teams
• We apply a range of requirements-gathering methods to capture business, functional, and non-functional needs across the enterprise
• We develop and document business cases that evaluate costs, benefits, ROI, and total cost of ownership for complex solution proposals
• We guide the evolution of applications, systems, and processes toward future-state solutions by analyzing how current processes affect business operations
• We map current-state to future-state processes and assess how requirements affect upstream and downstream solution components
• We advise executive leaders on integrating requirements with existing systems and business processes
• We review and prioritize gaps and opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• We lead solution design by converting requirements into practical business solutions and facilitating design sessions with IT teams
• We recommend additional data or services needed to address key business challenges in process or solution design
• We support third-party vendor evaluation when assigned
• We drive continuous improvement by developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized tools, templates, and processes across the enterprise
• We recommend regional and national process enhancements that align with sustainable best practices and our strategic goals
