In 2021, Zep became the official cleaning partner of Atlanta United FC./ph3Job Description/h3pPrimary Accountabilities:/pulliElectromechanical troubleshooting/liliPerforming preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation./liliTroubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and schematics./liliRepairing and replacing faulty components, dismantling machinery when necessary, and reassembling equipment to working order./liliInstalling new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing systems./liliMaintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports on equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts in the CMMS system./liliFabricating or modifying parts as needed using welding, cutting, or other fabrication skills./liliEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment./liliAssisting in training production personnel on proper operation and basic preventive maintenance of equipment./liliSource parts include OEM parts for equipment./liliPerform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This includes cleaning ducts, checking for leaks, and refilling refrigerants./liliDiagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults/liliKeep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed, including costs and types of services provided./li/ulpExperience and Skills:/pulliStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems./liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals./liliExperience with industrial control systems and familiarity with OSHA safety standards./liliBasic computer skills for reporting and documentation./liliPrevious work experience in industrial maintenance or a related field; a technical degree or similar may be preferred./liliStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment are crucial./liliProven experience as an HVAC technician is essential, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components./liliClass 1 HVAC license preferred/li/ulh3Our Values/h3pAt Zep, we have developed a set of values focused on bringing even greater cohesion to our workplace.
