Seasonal Operations Store Associate

Summary As a Seasonal Operations Store Associate, you support day-to-day back-of-house and in-store operational activities to ensure merchandise is received, processed, and replenished per company guidelines. This entry-level role focuses on inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, visual standards, and supporting the sales floor. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and can lead to future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Process freight within Units Per Hour goals, including markups, markdowns, and EAS tagging Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure correct sensor/tag placement Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment and stock room resets Manage Ship-to-Home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and tagging Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales floor assistance Maintain store presentation and participate in visual merchandising and store standards Requirements Back-of-house or high-volume specialty retail experience preferred Ability to lift and climb, handle up to 30 lbs, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom Comfort with flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, possible overnight shifts and travelStrong communication and teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining store standards #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
