Join Our Team as an Automotive Technician
Are you an honest, dependable, skilled technician seeking a rewarding career with excellent pay, outstanding benefits, and a supportive team? Tony’s Auto Service Center, a top-rated shop in Phoenix, is looking for a General Automotive Technician—Willing to learn and achieve ASE Certifications to join our family. Because we rarely experience turnover, this is a unique opportunity created by the retirement of one of our valued technicians.

Our small import and domestic shop provide:
- Industry-leading compensation with a weekly guarantee of $1,000

Most of our technicians enjoy two bays, and our team members tend to stay for the long haul with a
salary range of $65,000 to $100,000.

Tony’s Auto Service Center is family owned and operated, originally established in 1958 and operating at
our current location since 1988. We are ASE Blue Seal Certified, a multi-year recipient of the Better
Business Bureau’s Torch Award, and AAA Top Shop. Our small, tenured service staff has over 100 years
of industry experience, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members.
