Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Atlanta, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 630 PM – 7 AM | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotic procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekend call coverage (48–60 hours per 4-week period)
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience
• Strong experience in neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements, including weekend call obligations
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume, academic, or Level I trauma center environment
• Familiarity with robotic surgical platforms and advanced surgical technology
