ICU experience required. 50% holidays. Call: weeknight (back-up) call to in-house team 2-3 shifts per 6-week schedule period and 1 weekend call shift (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week schedule period. 2 years of experience required, travel experience required. No locals within 50 miles.

This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.

Essential Job Functions: (1) the ability to work at clients assigned work location throughout the full term of the contractual engagement, (2) the ability to work the substantial time of the assigned shift, (3) the ability to take call, (4) the ability to work assigned weekends, and (5) the ability to work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract.

• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Must be able to titrate drips and be able to help with vented patients if necessary. Extensions: Effective 4/8/26, travelers can work up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts, (or 9 months of consecutive service). Following that, traveler must take a mandatory (6) month break before returning to MU Health Care in an agency capacity.
