If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryPosition Objective:The Fence Installer 1 position is part of a dynamic team that are industry specialists trained to understand the security, accessibility, and image requirements of our customers. You will take directions to help prepare jobsites and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove and install all types of fences per spec requirements. As a field employee you are the face of the company and we rely on you to maintain a sense of professionalism and focus on customer service, even while under pressure to meet tight deadlines and strict security requirements. This is a physically demanding job that is mostly working outside in various weather conditions. Complete training will be provided for the successful candidate.Position Responsibilities:Own safety role for yourself, and other team membersSafely set up and taking down fence and associated products at customer sitesComplete operational paperwork (JHA’s reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directedTake direction from Lead Fence Technician/Operations ManagerAssist in navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possibleWork in a safe and productive manner, remaining constantly cognizant of site safetyEnsure workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free of garbage and hazardsAct in a professional manner with fellow employees and customersMaintain a professional appearanceOther duties as assignedRequirements:Education & Experience:Ability to take direction and supervisionMotivation to “get the job done” even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlinesAbility to accurately and thoroughly complete paperworkExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with othersKnowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, post driver, banding equipment, etc.)Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs.)Must have own transportationExperience operating a fork-lift and a one-ton truck preferred but not mandatoryBase Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
