Requirements for Supply Chain Manufacturing (SCM) Functional Lead The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Master's degree preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications strongly preferred

Professional Experience

• 15+ years of Supply Chain Management and ERP implementation experience
• 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management experience
• Extensive experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Proven experience serving as Functional Lead on multiple D365 implementation projects
• Strong background supporting discrete or process manufacturing organizations
• Experience working with global or multi-site manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success leading client-facing consulting engagements
• Experience managing functional consulting teams and coordinating cross-functional project activities
