Physical Therapist Assistant

Full-Time | Pediatrics & Orthopedics | School-Based & Outpatient Location: Miami, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a modern school setting. Treat adult patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in our outpatient clinic. Assist patients in improving strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and functional independence. Accurately document daily treatment notes and patient progress. Collaborate with families, physicians, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members. Provide patient and caregiver education, including home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Maintain compliance with all state and practice documentation requirements. Participate in future growth opportunities, including pediatric home visits and corporate wellness programs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Florida PTA license in good standing. Experience in pediatrics and/or orthopedics preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to efficiently manage a schedule across multiple treatment settings. Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
