Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package and performance-based bonus potential. You’ll support advisors and client service teams across operations, compliance, and firmwide projects — contributing from day one. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key supporting role across client operations, compliance, and team development. Your work will span four key areas: Client Experience Handle incoming client calls, schedule appointments, and provide proactive support. Ensure a seamless client journey through attentive service and consistent follow-through. Operations & Account Support Assist with account openings, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance. Coordinate workflows to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time. Compliance & Workflow Management Follow established service workflows and document compliance steps. Support firmwide initiatives in operations, planning, and client gifting. Learning & Team Development Participate in team learning sessions and shadowing opportunities. Incorporate feedback to continually sharpen skills and deepen contributions. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of administrative, account support, or customer service experience. Client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples may be requested). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). CRM experience a plus.
