Position Overview PNC’s Personal Banker in the Retail organization is based in Narberth, PA. The role focuses on growing the branch customer base, delivering a differentiated customer experience, and driving sales of PNC products. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
