Full-Time Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions according to established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Key Responsibilities Supports patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Participates in professional development and promotes a healing environment. Works in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience. Critical care or procedural experience is preferred. Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills. Additional Details Work primarily during night shifts with some pre-op support and 24-hour call coverage. Orientation includes extensive training to ensure competency.
