Rehab Director Opportunity
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), or Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Minnesota. Active state license required to start.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related allied health field.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing therapy teams and coordinating clinical services.
- Experience with productivity expectations and treating leadership roles; ability to meet approximately 70–75% productivity while providing clinical oversight.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet facility needs.
- Eligible candidates must be able to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements.
- Client-specific opportunities: eligible for sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, or a combination.
