About the Role: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across the Bastrop, Manor, and Elgin areas. You’ll work closely with children and families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence. Scheduling Options: PRN: Fewer than 12 visits/week Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week Full-Time: 25+ visits/week Daytime and after-school hours available Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment. Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
