Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients with lymphedema.
Evaluate and assess patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapy plans and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Lymphedema therapy experience required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
