Position Highlights

• Flexible schedule: Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek (Mondays off included in the schedule)
• 34 clinical hours with 6 hours of protected administrative time

Compensation information

• $268,750 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives

The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
