Royce Apparel is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Internet Sales Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely processing. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus!

Position Summary:

The Internet Sales Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing

online customer orders, including locating, picking, verifying, packing, and preparing apparel

merchandise for shipment. This position supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining inventory

organization, ensuring order accuracy, meeting productivity and quality standards, and following

established safety procedures. The associate works collaboratively with team members and management

to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick, verify, pack, and prepare individual customer orders for shipment according to established
• procedures.
• Locate and retrieve apparel merchandise from warehouse inventory using order information and
• product identifiers.
• Verify product styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and overall condition to ensure order accuracy.
• Package merchandise appropriately to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies, damaged products, or missing
• merchandise to management.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved warehouse equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and order fulfillment expectations.
• Identify operational issues, communicate concerns to management, and assist with implementing
• improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily shipping deadlines and operational priorities.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping
• preferred but not required.
• Experience operating a manual or electric pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions,
• product information, and safety procedures.
• Basic familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse technology preferred.
• Ability to work a regular assigned schedule with occasional flexibility based on business needs,
• including rare weekend shifts.

Physical, Cognitive, Environmental, and Safety Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
• Maintain attention to detail, follow instructions, and accurately process customer orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve routine problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.
• Safely operate authorized warehouse equipment and follow proper lifting techniques.
• Follow company safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, and promptly report hazards or
• unsafe conditions.
