About the Position

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line management
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Float to other departments or facilities as needed based on departmental rotation schedules

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in IV insertion and PICC line care
• Experience with Meditech electronic charting
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple departments or care settings
• Familiarity with telemetry protocols in an acute care hospital environment
