Melton Pay:
- 0-11 months qualified driving experience: 60 per mile
- 1-3 years qualified driving experience: 63 per mile
- 3+ years qualified driving experience: 64 per mile
- After 100k Melton Miles: 65 per mile
- After 200K Melton Miles: 66 per mile
- After 360k Melton Miles: 67 per mile
- After 600k Melton Miles: 68 per mile
- After 900k Melton Miles: 69 per mile
- After 1.2M Melton Miles: 70 per mile
**Veterans with military driving experience could qualify for an additional 6 cpm in starting pay! **
