What Youll Do

* Transport heavy industrial equipment safely and professionally.

* Load, secure, and unload oversized machinery.

* Participate in machinery moving, plant relocations, and industrial dismantling projects.

* Operate forklifts, telehandlers, cranes, and rigging equipment.

* Lead crews and coordinate projects while maintaining safety and efficiency.

* Build strong relationships with customers on job sites.

Qualifications

* Class A CDL (required)

* Clean driving record

* Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

* Experience with heavy equipment, rigging, construction, or industrial maintenance is a plus

* Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills

* Willingness to travel as projects require

* Safety-first attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Strong rigging and material-handling capabilities, including safe use of slings, chains, hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.
• Solid understanding of industrial safety practices, load limits, and OSHA or similar safety standards related to lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions, diagrams, or load plans, and complete simple written records or job tickets.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in industrial, construction, demolition, or scrap yard environments is strongly preferred; prior rigging or equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to Fleetwood, PA, consistent attendance, and willingness to work standard full-time hours with occasional overtime as needed.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to follow directions, ask questions when needed, and collaborate safely with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
