Regional Controller
Restaurant Zone Recruiting
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for a growing hospitality and vacation rental operation.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 to 7+ years of Controller or senior accounting experience
- Strong US GAAP and internal controls knowledge
- Hospitality, property management, or vacation rental experience preferred
- Owner or trust accounting experience is a big plus
- Sage Intacct and Track PMS experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvement
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Hospitality, travel, vacation rental, or property management experience
- Experience with Track PMS
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-growing environment
- Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or accounting system implementations
