Marketing Communication Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist to drive brand consistency, elevate messaging, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key contributor in shaping internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, capable of executing multi-channel campaigns that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital and print channels, including email campaigns, social media, website copy, press releases, and marketing collateral.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication platforms.
• Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future communications strategies.
• Assist in event promotion, product launches, and corporate announcements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
