The Quality And Safety Rn In Women's Health participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of a system-wide quality and safety program with responsibility for the functional components of the program, including auditing, chart review, staff competency, simulation and drills, education, and interface with other clinical departments.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Registered Nurse work experience is required.
• BSN is required.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Risk and Patient Safety, familiarity with the MCARE Act of 2002 and PA-PSRS, and proficiency in Tableau, Midas, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to patient safety is a plus.
• This role is full-time, days.
