E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist (direct hire) with hands-on e-commerce and logistics experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to support our e-commerce growth across multiple marketplaces.


This role is responsible for coordinating communication between sales and operations, managing order flow, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth LTL/FTL shipping execution.

• Coordinate communication between the E-commerce Sales team, S&OP, and Operations Warehouse team.
• Create shipments in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Document and share shipment information across teams, and maintain a database of all shipments.
• Create and print all outbound labels.
• Track and troubleshoot in-transit shipments to ensure inventory is regularly available.
• Enter transfers into the ERP system and ensure inventory is flowing through locations correctly.
• Follow up on outstanding shipments, open issues, and shortages/inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and E-commerce teams to meet strict shipment timelines.
• Coordinate with the Shipping department to ensure all orders are picked up timely.
• Serve as the main point of contact cross-functionally for all direct-to-consumer customer channel orders.
• Drive process improvements that facilitate ease of communication and efficiency between teams.
• Support the department with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs.

• Practical experience in an office, clerical, shipping, or 3PL e-commerce environment is required.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and a thirst for innovation.
• Highly organized, accurate, quick learner, and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Strong critical-thinking, inventory management, and complex case resolution abilities.
• Ability to learn new tools and technology quickly to support the business.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; background in supply chain or business logistics preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in e-Commerce with prior experience supporting Amazon Seller Central.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics/shipping with prior experience handling LTL/FTL shipments.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
• Strong analytical background for managing order flow and digital shelf growth reporting.
