Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Specialist , you'll help new and existing clients understand their insurance needs while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and onboard new agency clients.

• Prepare insurance quotes and present personalized recommendations.

• Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations.

• Follow up with clients and guide them through the insurance process.

• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and products.

• Work closely with teammates to deliver a consistent client experience.
