Genesis Partners - Executive Search is hiring a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing consumer brand in Los Angeles. This is a build role for the finance function, collaborating closely with the founder-CEO and board.
Key responsibilities include leading all financial operations, preparing for significant growth, and engaging with investors. Ideal candidates will have extensive finance leadership experience, ideally in branded DTC sectors, and a strong technical accounting foundation.
Compensation includes a base salary up to $295K, performance bonuses, and equity options.
