Job Description The Acoustic Systems Division is seeking a Senior Specialist of Program Finance to join our team in Millersville, MD. This role will be responsible for partnering with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to provide financial leadership across program planning, execution, and performance measurement. The role will also perform monthly Earned Value, quarterly EACs, and weekly financial risk and opportunity assessment for Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash. Essential Functions Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance. Develop quarterly EACs; analyze and assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data. Influence day‑to‑day execution of all financial activity related to Programs, Proposals, Reviews, including developing strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals. Lead program financials, including development of time‑phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and overseeing of cost and schedule integration. Partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes. Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC‑13 and PMO‑05 policies; evaluate, make recommendations and implement corrective actions where gaps exist. Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and schedule risks. Demonstrate self‑motivation and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people at all levels within the organization. Proactively solve complex problems and issues in a timely manner with limited supervision. Show strong sense of initiative, independence, and closure, and navigate multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. 6–10 years’ experience in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Additional Skills Previous experience with SAP and EVMS including COBRA. Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Salary and Benefits In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $76K‑$141K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $88‑$164K.
