With a strong and growing U.S. footprint, they support critical energy infrastructure through high-quality fabrication and repair services.Position Overview: We are seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a 3rd shift team within a turbine manufacturing and repair environment. This role is responsible for overseeing welding and fabrication operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with experience in turbine, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise 3rd shift fabrication and welding operationsEnsure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently metManage employee performance including coaching, evaluations, and disciplineMonitor production schedules and communicate progress to leadershipOversee quality inspections and ensure compliance with welding standardsTrack and report on labor hours, production goals, and operational metricsDrive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and process enhancementsEnsure accurate reporting for safety incidents, quality issues, and timekeepingRequirements:5+ years of hands-on welding/fabrication experience (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, cutting processes)Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentExperience in turbine, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing REQUIREDStrong knowledge of AWS and/or ASME welding standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbolsExperience with shop equipment, measuring tools, and fabrication processesForklift and overhead crane experience preferredAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work 3rd shift (overnight)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Ability to pass background check and drug screening
