About the Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support sales growth through customer engagement, distributor relationship management, and solution-based selling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a technical sales environment.

The Inside Sales Representative will identify customer needs, recommend testing and equipment solutions, support channel partners, and assist customers throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and customers.
• Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, follow-up, and opportunity development.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, services, and testing solutions.
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment and customer follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop product and application knowledge to provide technical guidance and support.
• Assist customers with training, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and sales opportunities within CRM systems.
• Track pipeline activity and contribute to sales forecasting efforts.
• Support business development initiatives and revenue growth objectives.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, distributor management, account management, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn technical products, applications, and sales processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience working with distributors, manufacturers, industrial products, technical services, laboratory services, or related industries.
• Background in consultative or solution-based sales.
