Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Restorative Care unit, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their highest level of functioning and independence. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in our Wound Care unit, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, medications, and treatments

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a positive, respectful, and supportive environment

• [$75,000 - $85,000 annually]
