Packaging / Warehouse Associate role. Key Responsibilities Assemble and prepare shipping cartons and packaging materials Operate tape guns and packaging equipment safely Inspect finished products and packaging for quality and accuracy Pack, seal, label, and prepare orders for shipment Move completed cartons from the production line to staging areas Requirements Ability to lift 15–20 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Benefits of Working with Express: Access to a variety of job opportunities and career pathways.
